REFUND POLICY
"ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE WILL ONLY REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE INACCURATE OR WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY TO THE ORDER DETAILS".

Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item within 24-48 hours of receiving your product to info@royalloveorganics.com and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days.

Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@royalloveorganics.com . Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages and we will resend the items.

Lost/Stolen Package:

Royal Love Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
