How can I change my address after I placed an order?

Please send an email to info@royalloveorgnics.com. If you order has not been shipped, we may be able to update the address. 

  • Please Note: Address Corrections require a $6.00 processing fee.

Do you offer Refunds?

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. No Exceptions. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping Options:
UPS SurePost – service could take 2-7 business days for delivery
UPS Ground-  service could take 1-5 business days for delivery

Delivery time:
For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days 
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days or more depending on location.

Shipping policy:
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective during the transit of your package for the original item that was sent. No Substitutions. Please email info@royalloveorganics.com for further assistance. Please include name, order number, item damaged/defective, and images of damages.

    Can I place orders over the phone?

      We do not take orders over the phone. Orders can be placed through our website www.royalloveorganics.com.

      Can I order online and pick up my items in the store?

      Orders placed online cannot be picked up at the store location. They will be shipped to the shipping address provided on the order.

      Can Sale items (if applicable) be refunded or exchanged?
      Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the transit of your package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@royalloveorganics.com. 
      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      Do I need to throw out my products after 60 days?

      Our products have a peak potency period ranging from six to fifteen months. Anything longer than this time frame cannot sustain the bio-active nature of raw plant and pure organic material, so we recommend use within this time period. Our products are freshly handmade using organic ingredients and shipped directly to our client to ensure what you receive is active and is the very best of our organic products.

      What do I do if my order states delivered but I haven’t received it?

      -Please refer to your tracking number. It will state whether your items were delivered to a receptionist, office, or mailbox. Also, check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address. After these options please contact info@royalloveorganics.com to inquire about the delivery of your package.

      -Please note: Once the package has been shipped, Royal love organics has no control over the delivery of your package. Royal love Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your courier for assistance with filing a claim.

      Do you ship international 

      Royal love Organics does ship internationally.

      Please Note: International orders may be subject to import duty fees/taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will not be covered nor reimbursed by Royal Love Organics. In addition if your package is abandoned due to nonpayment of custom fees/taxes, Royal Love Organics will refund the order minus shipping. 

      All packages, unless otherwise, once processed, go out United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current USPS shipping rates

      What do I do if my package is returned to Royal Love Organics ?

      Please email info@royalloveorganics.com for further assistance. Please include your name, order number, and verify your address is correct. Royal Love Organics is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If you place an order using the wrong address and it already shipped, we cannot change it. Your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct before placing your order.
